Leading Innovation

Identify the specific innovation behaviours that will drive your results faster

Behavioural change only occurs if you can measure and observe the behaviours you want to change

Believe it or not innovation is made up of specific innovation behaviours.  A common trap people fall into is expecting innovation but failing to specific exactly what the innovation behaviours that they need in order to drive the innovation results.

The next problem arises when we ask for a trait versus a behaviour. For example 'collaboration' is a trait, not a behaviour. Getting clear about the behaviours that you are looking for will drive results. To help you we've compiled  a list of common innovation behaviours that you can use and add to.

This video and download flowchart will help you become a better behaviouralist.

Cheers,

Nils
